Content on this site — service descriptions, coverage areas, equipment counts, awards, team information, and similar details — is provided for general information about Lakeville Trucking. We work to keep it accurate, but we don’t guarantee that everything is complete or current at all times. Rates, equipment availability, and operational details change and are confirmed in writing when we book freight.

Quote requests

Submitting a contact form or quote request is a starting point for a conversation — not a booking. A quote request does not create a contract, reserve capacity, or bind Lakeville Trucking to provide transportation. Transportation services are governed by a separate rate confirmation, load tender, or written agreement between the parties.

Employment applications

Applying through the online driver or employment application does not guarantee employment, an interview, or that the application will be reviewed within a specific timeframe. Hiring decisions are made by Lakeville Trucking based on qualifications, background and MVR review, drug and alcohol testing, DOT requirements, and business needs.

You agree that the information you provide in an application is true and complete, and that supplying false or misleading information is grounds to reject the application or, if you are hired, to end employment.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attack, probe, or attempt to break into the site or its systems.
• Scrape, harvest, or copy content in bulk for redistribution.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or work around protected parts of the site.
• Submit false applications, fake quote requests, or spam through our forms.
• Upload malware, harmful files, or content that violates someone else’s rights.
• Interfere with other visitors’ use of the site.

Intellectual property

The Lakeville Trucking name, logo, site design, photography, copy, and other content are owned by Lakeville Trucking, Inc. or its licensors unless noted otherwise. You may view and share links to the site, but you may not copy, republish, or use our content commercially without written permission.

Availability

We work to keep the site online, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability. The site may be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control.
